Intro Sidemount

Prerequisites:
– Be at least 18 years old
– Have at least 10 logged dives
– Be healthy, the Trial Dive Forms include a medical declaration that you must complete. If you indicate 'yes' somewhere, a doctor must sign and stamp the form. If this is necessary, arrange it in time for the diving session

– Use diving equipment (harness, wing, double set and automatic set)
