PADI Junior Open Water Diver

Isn't it too difficult?
We receive this question quite regularly. It's amazing what children can do and how they understand what it's all about. They are free, playful and super enthusiastic, slowing down is more important than encouraging them, great to see and experience. What we often see is that the theory (mainly reading) can be a bit complicated, if that is the case we make a separate appointment for this on another day when it suits the young diver, of course this is all included in the price at 1 extra theory session. The kids receive a digital teaching package (tablet suitable) so that they can do the theory themselves at home on the PC or tablet. During any extra thoerie lessons, the tables or laptop can also be taken along. Naturally, during the diving sessions, the theory where bottlenecks lie will be briefly discussed.

Prerequisites:
– 10 years or older
– Be healthy, the OWD Kids Forms include a medical statement that you must complete. If you indicate 'yes' somewhere, a doctor must sign and stamp the form. If this is necessary, arrange it in time for the diving session
– Recommended Seal Team program

Not included:
Own logbook, we will log the dives via the internet, but experience has shown that kids like to log on paper. The additional price for a paper logbook is € 18.50.

Take:
- Swimwear
– € 0.50 coin for swimming pool lockers
– t-shirt that you can wear when diving if necessary, we use a shorty as much as possible during the diving session
