PADI Staffing - Updates

IDC Staff Instructors and Master Instructors generally want to gain more experience with IDCs. They want to increase their knowledge, share experiences or see how Course Directors work in the field. You can then book an audit with us and then attend an IDC. In addition to gaining more knowledge, certain credits are also essential to progress further into the PADI hierarchy.

In advance, depending on your wishes, we will also have you carry out work during the IDC in all aspects in order to give the IDC candidates the right preparation for the profession of diving instructor. This also means that you must be fully up to date with the latest developments. If this is not yet completely the case, we will correct this during an audit or staff
If you would like to become a Master Instructor or Course Director, you are also very welcome, in consultation we will draw up a growth plan and we will discuss this during the IDCs.
