PADI Vacation Course

On a Friday evening we do both the theory session and the pool dive. It is therefore important to have read the relevant chapter for that evening and to have completed the questions in the Touch (tablet proof) products. Because it is a Touch product, it is ideal to access the study materials on your tablet, even if you do not have WiFi for a while. So now you can learn to dive anywhere, anytime. If you have completed all lesson parts correctly, you will receive an email with the results. You must have these results printed out with you during the diving activity no later than pool lesson 3. On the same part of the day during lesson 3, we will also give you a small, simple test and with that we complete the theory lessons for your Holiday course. During the lessons, please bring your laptop or tablet with you because we have high-speed internet and you can also study at our location.

Diving center abroad
We know many diving centers abroad, let us know where you are going and we may be able to help you find a diving center. Also check PADI for a list of Dive Centers worldwide. It often happens that 'holiday students' ultimately want to complete the course with us in the Netherlands. This is of course always possible.

Requirements:
– You are 15 years or older (Children between 10 and 15 years old can take the Junior Open Water Diver course, see the Kids & Fun menu)
– You are healthy. The Holiday Forms include a medical statement that you must complete. If you indicate 'yes' somewhere, a doctor must sign and stamp the form. If this is necessary, arrange it in time for the diving session

Included:
– Use the digital teaching package Touch (Tablet proof). Take your laptop or tablet to class.
– Use diving equipment (suit, BCD, bottle, weight, regulator and fins)
- Photos
– Swimming pool access

Not included:
– Mask and snorkel (You can rent a mask and snorkel for €5 per dive)
– Certification costs. You must pay the certification costs on location at the relevant diving center where you will make the last dive. Or buy your diving license before you go on holiday at Diveplace for only € 25, using the package deal that can be made.

Take:
- Swimwear
– € 0.50 coin for swimming pool lockers
– T-shirt that you can wear when diving if necessary, we use shorties as much as possible during the diving session
