PADI Vin Kick Specialty

The fin kick specialty course focuses on refining your skills with different fin movements to swim more efficiently underwater. During the training you will learn how to optimally use your legs and fins to propel yourself with minimal effort. This can help you extend your dive time, better control your buoyancy and experience less stress on your body while diving.

The course consists of a theory presentation, a knowledge test, a swimming pool session in which you are taught the basic techniques and two open water dives. If you have a dry suit and/or (semi) wing, we advise you to use it during the course.

Minimum requirements:
– Open Water Diver certification
